HP Recommended

I am a polycom contractor using the M100 but dont seem to have access to the directory to reach out to other polycom employees. How do I get that ability? Think I need to have the IP address or something.

Geez, with you being a Polycom contractor, i would think you would have direct access to Polycom TAC support instead of having to use this 'Community Forum'. Look at the top of the page, it says 'Learn, Share, Connect'...nothing about 'Support'.
