Hi everyone,

Is there a way to do audio out of the Lenovo Poly MTR systems via both USB and 3.5mm? We have a Poly Studio connected via USB and audio is going out fine but we need to use a hearing loop as well via the 3.5mm jack on the NUC and can't seem to get it to work.

Hardware - Poly GC8, Lenovo NUC, Poly Studio, Williams Hearing Loop

Has anyone got this working?

Thanks,

Thanks,

Hello @UCEnginfear ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Whilst I completely understand what you are trying to do but this is not a Poly issue. We do supply the Microsoft MTR solution but the OS and the software are by our partner Microsoft.

Any change from the standard and the installation may fail in the future. You could try a software called Voicemeeter >Video< but again this may break the installation and no warranty or support may be given by Poly.

This may also mean you have to factory restore the MTR if the installation or running of this has any adverse side effects.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
