Hello, my company works with polycom QDX 6000 outgoing calls work correctly video and audio, but incoming calls only works video, audio does not work. I have a mikrotik MB750 and ports 1718, 1719, 1720 TCP are open and redirected to the IP address of the Polycom, 3230-3235 TCP and 3230-3253 UDP. There is another port to be redirected to the audio input to work?

Hello Ariel,

welcome to the Polycom Community and I have moved your post into the ritght section covering Video Endpoints.

The port range 3230 is only applicable if you are using the Fixed Ports range as definced in the QDX Admin Guide => here <=
