While connecting with a user in Europe, Gemany specifically, we do not establish an Audio Protocl setting from our side.  We are able to hear them, but they do not hear us.  Under diagnostics, no local Audio Protocol is displayed although a remote protocol is noted.

 

When connecting domestically, there are not problems and both the locat and remote protocol are displayed in the Diagnostic screens.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

We would like to have more detail as far as what equipment are you using to connect over ISDN?

The configuration is an HDX 8000 with an ISDN Quad BRI.  total of 3 ISDN lines are connected and show working on the Diagnostic screen.

 

ISDN Switch Protocol is set to NI-1/NI-2.

 

No problems with domestic connections.

 

Please advise if there is additional specific information which I can provide
