Hi experts

I'm experiencing a problem while testing a G7500. I connected a Sync 40 to the codec by a BT600 dongle and the connection was successful. But in the Speaker Test I found the audio volume from the Sync is very low that can hardly heard from only 2 meters away. I'm sure the devices are functioning normally. SO there must be a problem, or a bug...is there any workaround?

Your comments are all appreciated.

Hello @Rtsin ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

I checked the last couple of release notes and whilst this works I cannot find it as stated as being a supported setup.

Hello @Randhir Singh Jebel ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Pretty sure the Sync 20 is not an officially supported Microphone. Please check the release notes for each release what devices are supported.

The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organisation as the community is run by volunteers only.
