Hi,

 

When doing a mulitpoint call (3 way) when sending content, the bandwidth used for the content sharing seems to be quite poor compared to the Video.

 

We notice it when changing slides on a PowerPoint presentation. Sometimes takes 1-2 seconds for the text to be come clear. Normal video remains sharp. When viewed at remote sites.

 

I am using a Polycom Group 500 Series on all three sites.

 

Content is sent from unit hosting the call.

 

Using a 20MB link between each site. 

 

Any ideas?
