Hi all,

in my Company we have this scenario: many Group Series that we use sometimes for h.323 direct calls, more often for Skype Meetings with O365 Sfb online and some other times with RealConnect for interop. neeeds.

I provide my network and cybersecurity teams all the port that should be open sending them the documents i can find on Polycom resources web site:

https://documents.polycom.com/bundle/rpgs-ag-6-1-5/page/r_rpgs_ag_connections_from_systems.html

https://documents.polycom.com/bundle/rpgs-ag-6-1-5/page/r_rpgs_ag_connections_to_systems.html

https://documents.polycom.com/bundle/rc-365-ag-current/page/r2690189.html

As you can see there are too many ports that should be open for cyber security, in particular:

49152 - 65535 dynamic TCP

16384 - 32764 dynamic  UDP

15001-16000   REALCONNECT TCP

20002-30001  REALCONNECT UDP

Is at available any documents with the rights port that should be open? Or has anyone experience on this and can suggest me a configuration with less ports to be open?

On the endpoint side we are not using fixed port for firewall, should it be better to flag this option?

Thanks so much to anyone who would share his own experience!
