We have polycom HDX 6000 & while connecting extra camera using DVI. In source side we are able to view both camera but in destination we are able to view only main camera.

Also while change main camera to secondery its showing error "please check your content cable and make sure that it is sending video in a supported resolution such as 1024x768 60Hz. If you using People+Content IP. enter ___.___.___.___ and press connect then play.

When we connect with destination main camera is coming properly but extra camera view is coming blue..

Please help me out with this issue..

Hello IT Support AsianB,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

The above is also stated in the "Welcome to the Polycom standalone video endpoints support Forums! Please Read this before posting"

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
