Hello,

We are setting up a bridged teleconference with three seperate sites via Affinity Videonet, the bridge is at ip 64.47.186.106. Two out of the three sites are able to connect without an issue, both are transferring video and audio succesfully. The third site is only allowing audio to pass through, otherwise it connects to the bridge just fine.

I've attached logs of the polycomm device, if that provides more guidance.

Any reply will be appreciated.

Thanks.

The log provided shows the call rate was set to 64k.

<0> 05:29:46.812 D COMM CONF / requested rate= 64

also the VSX may be set to basic mode because the caps exchange do not request anything above H261 and G711.

Since the bandwidth is limited there is not enough for video to set up.

Try increasing the call bandwidth.
