We are trying to install either of the desktop clients in a VDI envoronment but are having problems.  The software installs correctly and registers with my CMA but we do not get video from the webcam. The thin client passes the webcam video to skype and google video just fine.

 

Is there something I am missing or will this not work at all?

Hello Mark,

 

we have discussed this in the past. To my knowledge only PC's or Mac's and not virtual instances of these or thin clients are supported.
