The serial shows it was sold back in 2014 via BCI Communication & Advanced.

 

Have you tried to USB Factory Restore the unit to the latest 1.3.4 release ?

I repeated the steps descibed in below link, still no luck.

Factory restoring a Polycom CX5100

In fact I applied all what advised by support team for other having the same issue.

Is there anything else to do ?
