CX5500 got Audio mute keys

Hi everyone!

 

I have a CX5500, this unit is blinking orange constantly and when we establish a call we got mute audio.

 

I downloaded the unit logs and I am getting mainly these messages related with mute:

 

Got Audio muted prop value: true

Updating millenium.media.MIC_MUTE to false

onReceive: MIC_MUTE

already registered for MUTE KEYS!!!!

GOT AUDIO MUTE KEY INTENT !!!! com.polycom.millenium.media.MIC_MUTE

Any ideas will be welcome!
