Seeing an issue on RPG 500 & 700 with 5.1.2.

In the event a Lync / SfB conference ID results in a match and normilzation with the dial-plan assigned to the endpoint the endpoint calls the normalized number rather than joining the conference.

Is this expected behaviour?

Example:

Conference ID is 6497827

Dialplan assigeded to device normilizes to +19546497827

When the 'join' button is selected from the device calendar, device makes a PSTN call to the normalized number rather than joining the conference.

Thanks,

James

I concur this is experienced. Trying to figure out whether the Conference Footer reuqirements is still true for RealConnect and 5.1.2?

Admin BeginAdmin::Prefix::<Prefix #>Admin::Domain::<SIP or H.323 Domain>Admin End

Cheers,

I can state that a Click to Join dials H.323, SIP, and the FOCUS Join. If you successfully connect to a fax or any voice answered number, they join your conference and you never make it to the Lync Conference?
