Calendaring Service - Exchange Online

Hi,

 

I'm trying to connect a Group 500 to it calendaring service but I get an invalid user, password or domais message.

First I was facing problems to point to the right server I was trying https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx. After that I treid only outlook.office365.com and it found a server.

But now I'm getting the message error related to the user, password or domais. I already tried many combination and I have this calendar working fine on lync client with same credentials.

 

I would like to know if it is possible to register for calendaring service with an Exchange Online account. Reading the Administrator Guide I only found information regarding Exchange Server 2010 and 2013.

Hello Fabio,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

To my knowledge we do not currently support in existing software versions Office 365.

 

I can only advise you to work with your Polycom reseller to get access to a Polycom sales Engineer so they can discuss any planned roadmap.

Hi,

 

I am having the same issue like fabio.rigotto. 

 

But I am not use office365 service. All exchange and Skype for Business are On-premises setup. 

 

I successfully registered to the Skype for business server as SIP. Now I wish to register the calandering service, but I have the same issue like fabio.rigotto.

Good day,

 

I'm trying to configure calendaring service for Exchange Online on a Group 500 and I got an "Unable to locate the server" message. I'm trying with auto discover and by typing the Exchange Server name and I'm getting the same result.

 

On the other hand SIP is enabled and succesfully registered and Directory Server is also registered.

 

I'm using software version 6.1.7, in which I understand this is supported.
