Calendaring Services Group 500 -- Microsoft Exchange

Dear Sir, 

Today I try to setup my Group 500 with Microsoft Exchange but always display non Register, I use autodiscover feater and the Group found my Exchange Server. 

Softaware version : Release -

Welcome to the Poly Community.


Volunteers and Enthusiasts look after the community and will reply if they can. If you need urgent support please open a ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to usually work with your Poly reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are normally unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

thank you for your support and for your interaction, I already Open a Ticket on Support.polycom and didn't get a reply till now. 

so for that I need a quick help to resolve the problem asap.
