You may have a Java issue.  Java 7 does display the CDR correctly but Java may not.

If you hit 'Save' is the exported file viewable?

Another possibility may be a corrupt file. A factory software reload will be required if so.

HP Recommended

No call details will be saved if the 'Call Detail Report' check-box is not ticked.

This check-box is located in the 'Admin Settings' / 'System Setting' / 'call settings' section of the web interface.

you can try to access it using a direct object reference.

for instance, if your unit is on LAN address: 192.168.0.2 the you should go to: http://192.168.0.2/localcdr.csv

for the archive report you can go to: http://192.168.0.2/localcdr_archive.csv

Yes, by using http://192.168.0.2/localcdr.csv and http://192.168.0.2/localcdr_archive.csv i got the CDR but from past 25 day's report is not available and why it is not working when i go from utilites - call detail report is there any issue with codec or webinterface....

HP Recommended

are you saying that the report is missing information that should be there?

HP Recommended

No, when i go through using direct link http://192.168.1.2/localcdr.csv it pop up with excel small window to open, after i open the excel sheet i can see the details till 17th of September not till date.

But when i login to the IP and give user name and password , click on utilities and call detail report its appearing empty, is there any reason for this.
