Hi,
We have a teleconference room with Polycom system model Group 500, located in Vietnam.
We want to connect with one teacher in US but his faculty does not have the teleconference facility with a static IP for us to call. Therefore, we want to use any software like Polycom Realpresence Destop for him to connect. We tried to download the free trial and test if this can connect with our Group 500 system. However, the Group 500 system  did not response to the call. It is note that we still can use the system to contact with our colleagues in France (they have another Polycom system).
My question: Is it possible for Polycom Realpresence Destop to connect Polycom Group 500? If yes, how can we make it work? Did we miss something related to configuration the software or Group 500 device?
