Hy!

I've a Group 500 with SW Release - 4.1.1.1-120023 and RTV License Key.

The Group is connected to Lync 2013 Server.

Calls from Group to a Lync Client are working fine, but when Lync Client Calls the Group - the "answer call" button appears but when i click answer there comes an error that "Sufficient bandwidth is not available"

i tried different bandwith settings - but no improvement. dynamic, more bandwith, less bandwith - doesnt matter.

Group 500 Log writes: SIPCall[0]: Hanging up while ringing in, reject incoming call due to bandwidth not avaialable: 488

Any Idea?

BR

Are you controlling bandwidth via CAC in Lync or by setting bandwidth limitations on specific policy parameters?
