Hi everybody,

 

I have an issue in configuring a RealPresence 500, I want to call out in a diferent network. Can I or not? if yes how can I configure it?

Hello M9,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

You should be simply able to dial the IP address of the other endpoint but maybe want to tell us a bit more about your infrastructure and what kind of call aka H.323, SIP or LYNC
