Hi Team:

     I use Polycom Stuido X50 as device mode.Sometime I plus the hdmi & usb cables into laptop,the Teams app will lost the camera vedio,but the audio is ok.I'm sure the connections are working.If this happen,I need to restart X50.

     The version:3.3.2-286154.

Not via the Web UI but you could set yourself a Cron job on a Linux or Windows machine and use the REST API:

We're on the latest version using it in Teams mode and this is still an issue. I think I will need to use the API to schedule a periodic restart. Did periodically restarting actually work for you though? If so, how often do you do it? I find the problem usually surfaces after 1-2 weeks of the device being powered on so I'm thinking I should restart daily or weekly.

Having the exact same problem here. Just updated to the latest firmware as well but still the issue occurs. 

 

I have just setup the reboot to happen every week (Sunday OOH) and ill post again in a couple weeks to see if that has fixed the issue.

Hello, How did you get the Polycom unit to automatically restart?

 

I would like the device to reboot daily automatically, is this possible?

How are you auto rebooting the Poly X50's?  I see that someone mentioned REST API but, wasn't sure if that was the solution everyone was using.
Is there a way to setup auto reboot using Poly LENS?

Hello @MBrady  and all,

 

It is possible to use Microsoft Teams Admin Center and select Restart per device. You may add a scheduled time when the task is expected.
