Our company is using realpresence group 700 with Skype for business plugin function.we success setup meeting with Skype user and meeting room user via 700. When we try to add another VC to join the meeting, but fail. Does 700 support other VC to join Skype conference call ?

Since you are in a S4B call do the other video systems have S4B enabled on them?

Other VC doesn’t have S4B feature. Can no S4B feature VC join the S4B call ?

Polycom EPs require the S4B license to connect to a S4B conference, and by MSFT rules any other EP would also.

 

Polycom does offer RealConnect which allows non-S4B EPs to connect to a S4B O365 conference.  Look here
