I had to factory reset a HDX 8000. Now I can't log into the web interface. When I go to the IP address I am asked for username/ password. I use admin and the serial number as the password, no luck. Attached a pic of the serial number. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Did you verify the serial number with what is displayed on the screen to verify they are the same.

Did you use capital letters?

You are doing it right, 'admin' and the serial number.

Can use use the TV UI (on-screen UI) and reset the password there after the factory restore.
