Can´t register Group 310 to obtain Upgrade Key

Can´t register Group 310 to obtain Upgrade Key

Hi community,


I try to register my system under Licence Dashboard but is not working. I try several numbers from the system but polycom can´t find.

How can I get a Upgrade Key?

My System running on Version 4. We have add it to our Callmanager but problems with extrernal calls.

First we want to try software Update to solve it.

System: SN: 451988 P/N: *2201-68890-001*



And yes I follow the Guide here.


Please provide me the Upgrade Key.
