Can't show content to the receiving site with the trial version of Telepresence 100m

I have no problem establishing an audio and video connection via a trial version of Telepresence 100m. However, I am not able to show content to the receiving site. Every time I try to show content, they say they can see me sending them the content, but at the end they see only a black screen. I have opened all the necessary ports on my router, and have disabled the Notron Internet Security firewall, But still it would not work.

 

Can someone help me with this?

You may have fixed the firewall at your end of the link, but they probably haven't fixed the firewall at their end. Even the Windows firewall on the PC could still be getting in the way (I am assuming that has been disabled already, otherwise you probably would not be getting video either), although my recommendation would be to look more closely at the receiving router/firewall configuration. 

The trial version is the full product, other than the 30 day limit.
