From the user inferface, I cannot activate the "Allow Video Display on Web" option on my HDX 9006 release 3.1.4. I have mutliple cameras on this unit. (3) I also cannot turn on this feature at another site with a 9006 with the same release and same number of cameras. In both instances, I can scroll down to the feature, I just can't add the check mark to activate it. Any thoughts?

Ok I found the issue. You can only enable this option by utilizing the Polycom OE remote. I was trying to use our touchscreen remote and it would not work. It would go to the feature and hilight it, but it would not place the checkmark needed to activate it. And I can say this wasn't a fluke as this happened at all 4 of my sites that utilize a touchscreen remote unit. (I maintain 21 Polycom HDX units) We just had to go to the equipment rack and activate the option with the Polycom remote itself.
Thanks.

No actually it hasn't. I read those post and they don't apply.
I know how to turn on the feature. I'm stating that the feature will not allow itself to be turned on. I go to the menu, go to the "Allow Video Display on Web" option and try and checkmark the option but nothing happens. It will not let me activate the feature itself. That is the issue at hand.

Just a suggestion.
I think HDX web remote access is still officially at Internet Explorer 9 level.
If you are using a newer version of IE then set the IP addresses of your HDX boxes in IE compatibility mode, then retry enabling video display on web.

That is correct. You cannot click on the check box using anything but the IR remote. None of the "web" remotes (using Port 24 or 80) can click on this check box. Even the API "Button select" won't allow you to check the box. This is a security feature.
Glad you figured it out.
