Dear Sir/Madam,

 

I have one Polycom HDX9000 MCU connected with one piece of T1(ISDN 23). Incoming video call is successful through the T1 but is failure to call out through the T1.

 

I wonder if there is any configuration I have to set for outgoing call ? The fix carrier can provide CR13 and N1 protocol. Does HDX9000 provide any place to choice between CR13, N1 or even Europe type of protocol ?

 

Lastly, any suggest to the problem ?

The protocols for different countries are made available when the correct country is chosen in the 'Country' setting under the 'Location' tam in system settings.
