Cant Manage endpoints Remotely

Can Someone assist, i am finding it difficult to manage 3 Endpoints Remotely, they are all on different software just for me to be sure its not a bug on any of the version of the software.. Can someone please assist. i have included a screenshot to this..

The above linked was marked as solution provided but you still failed there and here to provide details about the Software used on the HDX or the CMA.

 

Please, even if you believe it is not relevant, always provide the software versions when posting.

 

Please also provide details why you are unable to manage these aka what issue you are finding.

Hi all,

 

Software versions for the Endpoints are 3.1.1.3-36019, 3.1.5-5568, 3.1.1.3-36019 respectively, when i click manage option from the CMA server on each endpoint,i get a black prompt on my internet explorer page...
