We are doing a project for video conferencing system using polycom real presence 700. We need to implement the chair control and lecture control for this system. How will we implement both these system in polycom real presence 700 series.?

ChairControl and Lecture Control are handled by the RMX Bridge.    It is an assignment made when the conference is started based on the Profile and Conference/Meeting Room setup.  (also, the Chairperson Passcode if implemented).

Dear Gary,

Thanks for ur reply. How does it works.?

  1. Does collaboration server supports the chair control and lecture control.?
  2. Is there any relation between the codec and chair control.?
  3. what is the difference between chair control and lecture control?

Please read the RMX users guide in the IVR section about the "Star" keys that can be used as a Chairperson.   That was the only way to control the bridge from the Codec.

Good Luck,
