Configuration between RealPresence Debut and Microsoft Teams

Good evening to all,

I wanted to know how to configure the recently migrated Skype for Business account to Microsoft Teams with my RealPresence Debut. Looking at some videos on Youtube it seems to me that I have to access the web interface of my Polycom device and change some settings: I have to disable the "previsioning mode" and in the Call Server menu enable the SIP as a communication protocol and enter the other parameters that I don't currently know, right? Then can I make calls via Skype for Business? How does RealPresence interface with Microsoft Teams?

I look forward to your reply.

Best regards.

Maurizio

Hello @cantalupilighting ,

To my peronal Knowledge, the Poly Debut does neither work with Skype for Business or Teams. Its openSIP or H.323 only

Re: Configuration between RealPresence Debut and Microsoft Teams

Dear Steffen Baier,

the Microsoft community tells me that it is possible to use Cloud Video Interop for Microsoft Teams.

Cloud Video Interop (CVI) is a Microsoft Qualified third-party solution that enables third-party meeting rooms (telepresence) and personal video devices (VTCs) to join Microsoft Teams meetings.

There are three certified partners including Polycom RealConnect Service (Cloud).

Do you know anything about it to help me set up my device?

Best regards.

Maurizio

Re: Configuration between RealPresence Debut and Microsoft Teams

Dear Steffen Baier, I wanted to know if there are any news about it. Is it possible to have a demo to try? Here is an overview of the Polycom RealConnect for Microsoft Teams: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BFccS3eOOo0. Can it be good for my target? I look forward to your reply. Best regards. Maurizio
