Configure Polycom HDX8000 Standalone

Dear All
I'm new client to Polycom communicty ,i need your help for configuration Polycom HDX 8000 as standalone .

I have two seperated Sites ,at every site we have one HDX8000  will be configured  with   private ip nated to real ip .

we need to configure these devices to able to dial each other using it's Real IP .

Please provide us with the documents that will help  us in our implementation or with steps to achive this solution .
