I connect to HDX 7000 device which is on external IP via M100 on my Laptop on local ip. The connection disconnects after 3 minutes. The HDX end user is recieving my video but I cannot recive audio/video on my laptop. Kindly help me.

Hi there...

as your m100 client is transmitting the internal IP of your client, audio and video cannot correclty be routed back to your device (not routable from the WAN). Open your M100 client, choose "menu", navigate to "call settings", check "Use NAT" and enter your wan ip in the corresponding field. Also you have to configure your firewall to allow incoming and outgoing audio-video traffic.

Check the release notes for the needed ports here and configure a port forwarding to your internal ip address.

 

If you´ve more than one vc client on your network, a vbp as gatekeeper would be a good choice.
