Hi,

I'm trying to connect an M100 by VPN to my QDX6000 and it works. He (M100) can view and heard all from the QDX but the QDX

doesn't have image and sound from the M100.

 

Any ideas?

HP Recommended

Sounds like you need the proper ports open. This usually happens when ports are closed.

 

1720 for Call Setup

1719 If your using a Gatekeeper

3230 - 3237 TCP & UDP for Media Channels

 

These ports need to be open
