Connect video to SIP client

I am attempting to connect a RealPresence Group 300 appliance to a web based SIP client. If the Polycom dials out, the connection is good. If the web client calls Polycom, the incoming video feed is failing. Audeo works, but not video on the web side. Polycom still sees the feed. 


Thoughts? Could this be related to the known Cisco issue regarding h.264 HP ??
