Helo there,

I have a SoundStructure C12 with a ceiling mic connected to a Group 300.  I am able to see the audio levels on the SoundStructure C12, but when I am connected to the Group 300, there are no audio levels that are registering whatsoever.  I have gone through all the settings and have come up with no answer.  I am using a Cat 5e that is connected to one of C-Link2 microphone ports on the back of the C12, and the other end is connected to a Walta cable that is connected to the mic port on the back of the Group 300.

Can someone please help me with this issue?

CLink 2 is not a standard 568 wiring scheme.  Did you customize the 5e connections as per the IRG?  Also check out the SoundStructure CLink refrence guide for assistance.
