Tried to use HDX 7000 (in Malaysia) to connect VSX 7000 (in Belgium) via IP and came across the followng scenario.

Managed to connect both ways (call in and out for both ends), but when connected, HDX 7000 does not show any image while the other end can see image of my end. I suspect this could be the firewall setting at my end?!!! Suspect to be the following port issue: current setting TCP/UDP 3230-3235.

Can you advise?

you do not have enough ports open. The range for VSX is:

TCP 3230-3235,  UDP 3230-3253   ---   for HDX  it is TCP 3230-3235,  UDP 3230-3277
