I have Polycom RPG 500

RealPresence Group 500

System Software : Release -


We use a VPN connection to join our main conference room now we have to change the firewall and allowed all required ports as mention in Screen-Shots but facing an issue that calls get dialed successfully but at the main conference room side, AUDIO/VIDEO not received however on VPN dial side AUDIO/VIDEO both received.


We use Barracuda F80 now and it works fine on F280.

Generally a condition like this indicates that the local firewall is not allowing H.323 packets thru.  Would recommend talking to the firewall vendor and/or your IT folks to make sure the firewall is configured to pass H.323 (or SIP) protocols.
