I've a problem with a new Convene installation that uses a RPG310 codec and an Eagle Eye acoustic camera.
Seems the embedded microphone audio goes via the camera cable.
But I get no audio on the codec.
What settings should I use on the RPG310 codec to make this work?

there is no settings to be set.

 

a couple of things to check:
If there is a cable plugged into the CLink 2 port the internal microphones will be disabled.

 

Make sure you did not activate the Acoustic Fence

 

Is the camera properly identified in the software, look under the Video Inputs, Input 1.
