When dialing into a BlueJeans or Zoom meeting from our HDX 6/7/8000s if you don't dial the meeting ID fast enough, it will "freeze" & you'll have to press # to re-enter the meeting ID all over again or end the call & start over.  Has anyone else seen this?  Software running is 3.1.4.  Happening with HDX remote control AND when dialing through Crestron via control panel.  If there's a workaround w/ Crestron control to supercede the DTMF dialing or if there's a setting to make the DTMF code stay "awake"...that would be helpful to know.  Thanks everyone!

Mike

At our company we have over 30 Group Series units we use with BlueJeans and we have not run into this issue. The only thing I have seen is sometimes the camera will not adjust until after you enter the meting ID and press #.

I'm not sure about the HDX series, but look for a option in the settings for digit mode and two options: Presets or Tones. Make sure it is set to Tones.

You can also join meetings by putting the meeting ID before the IP address. For example: "XXXXXXXXXX@199.49.152.152"

Hope this helps,

Scott
