Hi!

I have a new Polycom HDX 7000 (Release - 3.1.1.3_ne-36019), and Lync 2013 Standard edition pool (we are already finish migration 2010). I'm trying to configure work HDX with Lync using "Polycom Unified Communications Deployment Guide for Microsoft Environments". I can see my HDX in Lync like available, but I can't voice or video P2P call on it.

I know that Lync 2013 is not officialy supported yet, and I install second Lync 2010 pool in my organization and move HDX on it. So it doesn't help to... I'm using lync 2010 client with latest patches and updated Lync 2010\2013 servers.

What's I'm doing wrong?

Thanks!

Sorry guys, problem was solved.

Russian firmware doesn't support encryption and it must be disabled in Lync. Everything start works after disabling encryption and relogin on client side.
