Dear all,

I have a hdx 7000 and it send video dvi-d to hdmi bt when i connect dvi -d to dvi -d cable on 1920x1080i video is not showinng on display.

 

so my query is polycom hdx 7000 is support dvi -d to dvi -d or not?if support why is nt showing video on display.

 

hdx soft ver. - 3.1.0

HP Recommended

HDX-7000 support connection via DVI-D. Check your cables, connections and select right input in you Monitor/TV  etc...

Also select appropriate resolution.

Please select resoulution 1280*720 it seems moniter or LCD is not supporting 1920*1080 resolution.As far as HDX support concern HDX support both DVI-I or DVI-D in 1080p form.please also check whetehr codec DVI port is working when you user DVI to VGA converter on same codec with moniter
