Thanks Steffen for your prompt reply.
Unfortunately, I don't have the position related to the camera on the components list. Please see photo attached below. As I said earlier, I tried connecting it to Trio and Visual+ using USB 3.0 cable provided with the camera.

Hello @good_vibez,
You need to RMA the camera if it has a 2215-60896-001 part number. You need a 2215-60896-002

Why is that? Is the first version somehow different than the second one?
Before I RMA it, can you please clear it out for me, how to actually upgrade the camera? I couldn't find any relevant document. I can see there's a downloadable file, but how do you actually push it to the camera?
Thanks

Hello @good_vibez,
It should all be => here <=
- USB Stick formatted FAT32
- Download the larger file (EagleEye MSR Camera Software Version 1.0.0) first and copy to USB stick and plug into the camera. The light will flash whilst this is in progress ~ 20 minutes or so.
- Once done delete the file from the stick and download the smaller one (EE MSR to support Windows Upgrade)
- Copy to USB stick and plug into the camera. The light will flash whilst this is in progress ~ 5-10 minutes or so.
- Once done delete the file from the stick and download the smaller next (EagleEye MSR Camera Software Version 1.1.0)
- Copy to USB stick and plug into the camera. The light will flash whilst this is in progress ~ 5-10 minutes or so.
