Hello,

I have a room for vidcon that has worked very well and is nice and stable. This morning, the camera just gave Blue Screen for image. Rebooted the system, unpllugged and replugged power and camera cable and still blue screen. Tried another camera still blue screen. Original camera can be controlled by remote and touch panel but no signal even after changing sources, etc.

I am starting to think it might be an HDX8000 Codec issue. Cables are in firmly and all looks good. Can send content and view content but ours and any other sites only see Blue Screen.

Thank you.

Bad camera cable...Will need to re-snake through wall but got it going properly with a shorter cable directly to the Codec.

All working now.

Thanks for updating everyone.

With the HDCI cable I have seen pins get bent and if you are VERY careful and patient you can sometimes straighten them.
