Could anyone please let me know if i can search for EOL/EOS information for a codec by using its Serial number. Thanks

Hi,

the End of Sale and End of Service policies can be found at the link below:

 

http://support.polycom.com/PolycomService/support/us/support/documentation/eol.html

 

The serial number alone is not a valid way to check for End of Sale or Service information

Thank you Steve. I was already having this list but it confused me a bit, as I wanted only the EOL info for the specific codel models below. Could you please be kind enough to get the EOL for these models. Thank you !!!

I have looked at the End of sale excel sheet and want to confirm that the US version VSX 7000A and VSX 7000e End of Service is April 30, 2016?

 

I'm assuming there will not be another software update for the VSX 7000A/e since the last update was Oct. 2011?
