Hello,

 

We are using an HDX 4500 Desktop in a room and the users would like to have a bit longer cable that connects the Keypad to the unit. I'm not sure if such an extender exists and, if so, what length and part number it may be.

No it does not exist.  But you can use the HDX remote with it for controlling it at a distance further away.

Thank you so much for the information. That is great to know. I had thought of the remote but wasn't sure if an extender might be an accessory part.

Let me to recommend Polycom Touch Control instead of the HDX 4500 keypad. It has no limitation in working distance.
