Far site does not support contend sharing

We have HDX 8000 connected to VGA projecter . The moniter is set to VGA display .
When the far site sent video to our HDX 8000 , they get message saying far site doesnt support content sharing . What could be the reason . I tried with diffrent reslaution in moniter setting . Anybody can help us .

What kind of system is on the far end?

Is H.239 being used? if yes is it being blocked in the network?

o they see the content locally?

Can you see your own content locally?

Can you send content?

1. Far side also is polycom HDX 8000

2. The network doesnt have any firewall to get blocked .
3. i cant see the contend locally with VGA cable connected to laptop with DVI convetor. I am getting the message to change the resalution to 1024x768 and check the cable or use content+Ip . I tried with diffrent resalution in the laptop , but it doesnt work .
We have the issue with Content sharing cable / resalution in many sites and we are adjusting that with PPCIP software .
Do you have any solution For this ?
