Found a major glitch in Group 300 connecting to HDX 6000

We found this glitch. There been an issue everytime we connect Group 300 with HDX 6000: the sound stops completely. 


There's not been a resolution for this to this day.

Hello akchishti,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

In addition it is always useful to provide information if this is a H.323, SIP or LYNC call and if any infrastructure products (gatekeeper etc) or firewalls are involved.
