Hi,

 

we have 3 Group Series 500 with S4b licences and working. V 6.1.3 The maximum call rate setuped is 6144 in the settings. However, a callrate would never go above 1024 in the call statistics. 

 

We are not limiting the bandwith to these units, have a 200Mb dedicated fiber connection to the internet. A Skype or H.323 call between 2 units on the same subnet won't go above 1024.

 

What can affect this? It is problematic when adding other participants.

Can you attach the snapshots of the call statistics ( 3 to 4 snapshots ) at 30 second intervals ?
