We are trying to configure the calendaring service on our group 300 with Office 365. All the guides seem to be related to using an internal Exchange server. We have tried a number of configs but each time we get an incorrect username, domain, or password error.

 

We are using office365.com as the server name

 

We are putting our company mail domain in domain field  as in company.org (this is a domain on office365)

 

username: user.name.dept

 

email address: user.name.dept@company.org

 

password is tested as correct

 

software Release - 4.0.0.1-70908

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

We have encountered the same issue after migrating to exchange online (office 365).
