Hello,

 

We frequently must connect on a Cisco TelePresence MCU MSE 8510 ( Software version 4.4(3.49) - Build   6.18(3.49)).

This MCU has 3 IP addresses.

For one of these address it's OK.

For the 2 others i can't see video, only sound is OK.

For these 2 addreses the call report shows that video format and protocols are differents in Tx and Rx :

video protocol Tx : H264 / video protocol Rx: H263

video format Tx:798x488 / video format Rx: 4CIF

 

We make calls in H323

The system software is 4.1.3-111080

 

Any idea ?
