I don't seem to able to get a Group 500 to talk to an Exchange 2013 server for calendaring. I have triple-checked the login details, still no luck. I had the system working with Exchange 2010 previously, so the only thing I can think of is that it isn't compatible with 2013.

 

The Group 500 system is running version 4.1.3 at this moment. 

 

Can anyone provide any help/advice?

This should be working, please contact your service provider so that the proper information can be gathered and Polycom can look at this.
